Delete Account and Personal Health Data

Asdoc AI strictly adheres to data protection and clinical confidentiality standards. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your profile and health records at any time.

Data that will be permanently deleted:

Authentication identity and login credentials (Firebase Auth ID, Email, Full Name).
Patient profile cards and private clinical notes.
Symptom screening history and clinical recommendations.
Uploaded dermatological scan images and lab test attachments.

How to request deletion:

Option 1: Instantly via Account Settings

If you are logged into the app or website, go to Profile -> Settings -> Danger Zone -> Click "Delete My Account".

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot log in, email our Data Protection Officer from your registered email address:
