No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Interactions on the AsdocAI platform do not create a doctor-patient relationship. Do not use this platform for medical emergencies.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully. You are prohibited from:
- Using the service for any illegal purpose.
- Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data.
4. User Accounts and Verification
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Users who identify as a 'Doctor' may be required to complete a verification process. Providing false information during this process will result in immediate account termination.
5. Limitation of Liability
THE ASDOCAI SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL ASDOCAI, ITS FOUNDERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this site. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Account Suspension, Moderation, and Termination
AsdocAI is exclusively a medical and healthcare ecosystem. We strive to maintain a safe, professional, and supportive environment focused entirely on health. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account, without prior notice, in the following cases:
- Hate Speech & Discrimination: Any form of hate speech, racism, sexism, or discrimination is strictly prohibited. (Penalty: Permanent Ban)
- Politics & Propaganda: Discussions about politics, political propaganda, or any non-medical ideological debates. This is a space for healing, not arguing. (Penalty: 7-day to Permanent Ban)
- Off-topic Content: Systematically posting content or media that is completely unrelated to medicine, health, symptoms, or the healthcare industry. (Penalty: Warning, then 30-day Ban)
- Social Toxicity: Harassment, bullying, abuse, or spreading negativity towards other users, especially regarding their health conditions or professional opinions. (Penalty: 30-day to Permanent Ban)
- Dangerous Advice: Providing dangerous, unverified, or unsolicited medical advice without professional verification or spreading medical misinformation. (Penalty: Permanent Ban)
- Spam & Abuse: Spamming, scamming, unauthorized advertising, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans. (Penalty: Permanent Ban)
- Publishing content related to political propaganda, hate speech, or negative aspects of social life. AsdocAI is strictly a medical ecosystem.
- Creating posts or discussions on topics unrelated to diseases, health, or medical care (off-topic content).
Ban Policy: Violations of these rules, specifically regarding hate speech, political propaganda, or intentionally publishing non-medical off-topic content, will result in an immediate account ban. The duration of the ban (temporary suspension from 7 to 30 days, or permanent ban) is determined by the administration based on the severity of the violation.
Decisions regarding account suspension (temporary bans ranging from 7 to 30 days) or permanent termination are made at the sole discretion of the administration based on the severity of the violation. If your account is permanently terminated, you will lose all access to your data.
User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
All posts, comments, media, and other content created by users ("User-Generated Content") remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. AsdocAI does not claim copyright or ownership over the content you publish on our platform.
By posting content on AsdocAI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform. You represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate medical confidentiality (HIPAA/GDPR).
AsdocAI acts solely as a platform for information exchange. We are not legally, medically, or otherwise liable for the accuracy, distribution, or consequences of User-Generated Content. We do not endorse any medical advice given by users.

The service uses AI algorithms. AsdocAI does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses. You agree not to make medical decisions based solely on AI output.
